Jr. NBA/WNBA Coach of the Year
The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA and Positive Coaching Alliance have partnered together to honor influential youth basketball coaches and the impactful work they do for our game. The Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Coach of the Year award is given to two youth basketball coaches - one community coach and one scholastic coach – in an NBA, WNBA, or G League team market who demonstrate leadership and integrity, exhibit a positive attitude towards all players, coaches, parents, and referees, and create a lasting impact on young people aged 14 and under both on and off the court.

In 2024, the Dallas Wings Scholastic Coach of the Year Nominee Meia Netter won the National Jr. NBA/WNBA Coach of the Year award! Coach Netter is the Head Coach of the Southwest Lady Raiders (Fort Worth ISD) Girls Basketball team. Watch her find out she won from the Dallas Wings!
