Madison (Matty) Montgomery

Director of Youth Programs

Their experience comes from a history of playing at the collegiate and professional level accompanied by 10+ years of youth basketball development and coaching. Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Sciences with a focus in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Sports and Entertainment Management, they have created programs and opportunities to empower young girls and women through the game of basketball across North Texas.

Youth Programs Coordinator

Her career began with an internship at the Dallas Wings and playing at the collegiate level, while holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and a Master's in Sports Management. With an added 3+ years of coaching and youth basketball development.  As a "homegrown" kid from McKinney, TX, Ashia has had the opportunity to be part of the impact and empowerment of the game of basketball throughout the DFW Metroplex  for young girls and women.
