Dallas Wings Sign Jaelyn Brown, Katrina Pardee To Training Camp Contracts

Arlington, TX (Feb. 20, 2024) The Dallas Wings have signed Jaelyn Brown and Katrina Pardee to training camp contracts, the team announced today.

Brown graduated from the University of California-Berkeley in 2020, where she was an All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention selection after averaging 15.1 points and 5.5 rebounds during her senior season. Following graduation, Brown embarked on an overseas career. The 6-1 guard/forward currently plays for Antalya in Turkey, averaging 15.0 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists. She also played for Hatay in Turkey earlier this year, averaging 21.7 points, 10.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists over seven games. Brown has previous overseas experience in France, Sweden and Hungary, while also competing in Mexico.

Pardee graduated from West Virginia University in 2019 and began her international career in Bolivia and Brazil. She then moved to Slovenia and Hungary before landing in Turkey, where she most recently played for Hatay. Over 11 games this year, Pardee averaged 21.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.6 steals. The 5-8 guard won a Slovenian league title with CinkarnaCelje in 2022, when she was a three-time SKL Player of the Week while averaging 22.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.8 steals.
