Flight Crew Auditions
The Dallas Wings Flight Crew is a high‑energy, hip‑hop‑driven dance and hype team that brings nonstop excitement to every Dallas Wings home game at College Park Center — and we’re looking for new talent to join us for the 2026 season! As a member of this elite crew, you’ll perform powerful hip‑hop choreography, energize the arena with fan engagement moments, lead t‑shirt tosses and on‑court contests, and team up with Lightning, the most electrifying mascot in the WNBA. If you’re ready to bring intensity, skill, and unmatched game‑day energy, this is your chance to take the court and elevate the Wings experience from the first tip to the final buzzer.
Tryout Date: Sunday, March 1, 2026
Audition Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Maverick Activities Center
Training Camp will be held March 9 - March 11
Details & Requirements:
- All nationalities, genders and body types are welcome
Must bring resume and 8x10 current headshot - Must have dance experience - multiple styles are recommended
- Wear athletic attire and shoes with non-marking soles
- Must come "Game Day" ready
- Bring water and snacks as needed, water stations will be available
- There are no minimum or maximum height or weight requirements
Things to Know:
- Flight Crew is a professional hip-hop-based dance team that brings energy, excitement, and enthusiasm to every game.
- Rehearsals will be at least twice weekly (Tuesday/Thursday) throughout the season in the evening, dancers will be expected to attend all rehearsals.
