Thank you for your interest in having the Dallas Wings be a part of your organization whether that be through appearances or donated items. Please note, completing any of the requests below does not guarantee you will be approved. While we are not able to fulfill every request due to inventory and storage, we appreciate you keeping us in mind!

All requests must be submitted through the online form below with the appropriate fields completed. The Dallas Wings will not accept requests in the form of letters, faxes, e-mails or requests or otherwise.

Player Appearances:

Appearance request criteria-

  • Requests must be submitted six weeks in advance
  • Appearances will not be approved on game days, travel days, during practices, or other team-related activities and/or league-mandated days off. Appearances are not guaranteed during the off-season.
  • Preference is given to requests within a 20-mile radius of College Park Center (600 S Center St, Arlington TX, 76010)

Timeline:

Please submit your request 6 weeks prior to the date of your event or program. The Dallas Wings will review these requests on an ongoing basis and get back to you in a timely manner. Requests are not approved without written confirmation from the Dallas Wings.

Donated Items:

Donation Request Criteria-

  • Must be a verified 501(c)3 in the state of Texas
  • Preference will be given to organizations that support one of our five pillars: Girls & Women, Social Justice, Youth Sports, Health & Wellness, Education
  • Cannot be a religious organization or PTO/PTA
  • Organizations will only be awarded one item per calendar year
  • Requests must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the event date
  • Requests for memorabilia are limited to auctions or raffles for fundraising purposes only

Please note: By accepting an item from the Dallas Wings for your event, you will be asked to complete a follow-up report that will ask questions similar to how many people attended your event, how much were you able to raise in total, and from our donated item, etc.
