Wings Overwhelm Fever, 94 – 68

Arlington, Texas (June 23, 2022) – The Dallas Wings (9-9) defeated the Indiana Fever (5-14), 94 – 68, at College Park Center, Thursday night.

The Wings never trailed in the game after scoring a season-high 34 points in the first quarter, led by guard Arike Ogunbowale, who had 13 in the first quarter and finished with a team-high 24 points. She was joined in double-figures by Wings center Teaira McCowan, who recorded her second double-double in a Wings uniform, netting 12 points and 10 rebounds in her first game versus her former team. Isabelle Harrison also reached double-figures with 16 points, as the Wings put up a season-high tying 94 points.

As a team, the Wings dished out 20 assists for the seventh time this season, led by Ogunbowale who dished out six assists. Dallas also grabbed 35 rebounds as a team, the sixth straight game with at least 30 rebounds.

Dallas looks for a home sweep of the Phoenix Mercury (6-12) on Saturday, June 25, at 7:00 p.m. CT.
