Trade: Amanda Zahui B. to New York Liberty

The Dallas Wings announced today the trade of center Amanda Zahui B. and the team’s 2017 second round draft pick to the New York Liberty. As part of the deal, the Dallas Wings will receive New York’s 2017 first round draft pick.

Zahui B. is in her second year in the WNBA. During her time with the organization, she played 31 games, averaging 3.4 points per game and 2.5 rebounds per game.

The Dallas Wings tip-off the regular season on the road for three games that begin May 14 against the Indiana Fever, New York Liberty, May 15 and Washington, May 18, before heading back for their home opener May 21 against the San Antonio Stars. Tip-off is set for 7:30 pm inside College Park Center, a state-of-the-art 7,000-seat arena conveniently located on the campus of The University of Texas at Arlington.
