Theresa Plaisance Named Player of the Week

Arlington, TX – Center Theresa Plaisance has been named Dallas Wings player of the week for her outstanding performance Dec. 6-Dec. 12.

The 6-5 center recorded back-to-back 20-point games for the week. Her best performance came on Dec. 11, where she scored 25 points and a season high of 23 rebounds. It was her best game played so far, this overseas season.

For the week, Plaisance combined for a total of 48 points (24 ppg), 36 rebounds (18 rpg), four steals (2.0 spg) and three assists (1.5 apg).

In just eight games played, Plaisance has soared up the team ranks becoming the second-best scorer and rebounder for the Shaanxi Red Wolves averaging 18.3 ppg, and 13.6 rpg.
