Dallas Wings Defeat Indiana Fever

Arlington, Texas (May 2, 2022) – The Dallas Wings (2-0) defeated the Indiana Fever (1-1), 101 – 89, at College Park Center in the team’s final preseason game this afternoon.

Dallas was led by veteran forward Isabelle Harrison, who tallied 18 points to lead the Wings in addition to her eight rebounds, which tied for the team lead with fellow forward Awak Kuier. In her first preseason action, Kuier netted 12 points and swatted two shots in addition to her eight boards.

As a team, Dallas dished out 26 assists, creating easy looks that allowed them to shoot 53.5% from the field and 62.5% from beyond the arc. The Wings three point barrage was championed by guard Marina Mabrey, who sank three of her shots from deep.

The Wings first regular season game is Saturday, May 7, as Dallas welcomes the Atlanta Fever to College Park Center.
