Dallas Wings announce American Fidelity as team’s Marquee Partner

The Dallas Wings announced today the team has expanded a partnership with American Fidelity Assurance Company that elevates the Oklahoma-City based company to marquee partner status. As part of this expanded relationship, the American Fidelity name will be prominently displayed on Dallas Wings game jerseys for the 2018 season.

“American Fidelity serving as the marquee jersey partner of the Dallas Wings is symbolic of the growth of our meaningful partnership, a relationship founded on community engagement, bettering the lives of women and children, and recognition for the heroes who have served our country,” said Dallas Wings President & CEO Greg Bibb. “We will wear the American Fidelity name across our chest with pride, knowing we are representing a company that shares our sense of responsibility to the community and our focus on the double bottom line of doing well by doing good.”

American Fidelity has been a proud sponsor of the Dallas Wings for the past two seasons, providing support in honoring veterans, educators, first responders and municipalities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area with special theme nights and hospitality initiatives. The company was founded on the principles of fairness and financial security nearly 60 years ago and has achieved great success as a specialist in the education, auto, healthcare and the public sector industries.

“We are excited to launch this partnership with the Dallas Wings,” said American Fidelity’s President and COO Jeanette Rice. “To work with a like-minded organization committed to improving the quality of life for the community is a great fit for American Fidelity. The impact the Wings bring to communities they touch is something we are very proud to support.”

Along with a presence on the Wings jersey, American Fidelity will continue to activate multiple partnership elements at each of the team’s 17 regular season home games, which tip-off on May 20. These activations include the popular “Salute to the Troops” moment of recognition where veterans in attendance at a Wings home game are recognized and saluted during a timeout in the game action.
