Arlington, Texas – Dallas Wings guard Arike Ogunbowale has been named to the 2021 WNBA-All Second Team, the league announced today.
Ogunbowale ranked fifth in the WNBA in points per game, averaging 18.7 points per game this past season. She posted 17 games with at least 20 points, second only to Washington’s Tina Charles (19), while leading the Wings in points (599) and assists (104). Ogunbowale led the WNBA with 80 three-pointers made and also shot 86.2% from the free throw line. The third-year guard from Notre Dame led the Wings into the playoffs in 2021 for the first time since 2018 and started all 32 games, averaging 31.3 minutes per game.
