o How do I become a Dallas Wings member?
Wings membership is fully customized for each individual member. From seat location to number of games, we offer different options to help put YOU in the driver’s seat. Simply call (817) 469-9464 to create your package and become a Wings member!
o What if I can’t make a game?
Can’t make a game? No problem. Full season members have the ability to utilize our flexible Ticket Exchange program which allows you to trade in tickets you can’t use for future games so that no ticket goes unused! In addition, Flash Seats allows you to transfer or sell tickets that you can’t use.
o Can I get a refund?
We do not offer ticket refunds under any circumstance.
o Will I receive a ticket booklet if I am a Season Member?
Our tickets are delivered electronically through Flash Seats so you will never have to worry about a paper ticket. Premium members will receive a ticket booklet and parking booklet in the mail.
o How does Flash Seats work?
Flash Seats is an ID-based digital ticketing system that allows you to enter the game with any form of convenient digital ID, such as the credit card used for purchase or with the Flash Seats mobile app. Flash Seats makes it easy to sell and transfer seats. When logging in for the first time, simply add the email address used for purchasing your tickets a select ‘Forgot Password’.
o Where do I park?
Season members can purchase a season-long parking pass in the North Garage, located directly in front of the Box Office and Gate 3. Complimentary parking for premium members is located in Lot F13 across from Gate 1 on the West entry.
o What age do kids need tickets?
Kids age 3 and over will require a ticket.
o Is there a bag policy?
Yes. Bags and purses are not permitted into the arena. Small clutch purses no larger than 5.5” x 8.5” are allowed. For more on the bag policy, click here.
o Can I bring in outside food?
No outside food or drinks are allowed, but we have plenty of great concession options available.
o What are the box office hours?
The box office is open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. On game days, the box office will open 4 hours prior to tipoff.
o Where is the box office?
The box office is located on the north side of the College Park Center.
