Arlington, TX – The Dallas Wings continue their three-game home stint tomorrow afternoon when they face the Los Angeles Sparks. The afternoon tip-off will round out the 2017 season between the western conference opponent.

The Wings recorded a season high in points scored in the second quarter with 32 points. Diggins-Smith ended the night with 23 points, while Glory Johnson knocked in her ninth double-double ending the night with 11 points and 16 rebounds, which marked as a season high for Johnson.
At College Park Center, the Wings are 8-5. The record ranks as the best home record the Wings have recorded in their new digs. The Wings have already surpassed their winning record with the eight wins. Last season the team ended with six total wins. Their most recent win came over the Seattle. The Wings have taken two overall series over opponents, when playing at College Park Center. The last time the team broke a record for most threes scored in a game was last season in New York, when the team hit 15 in New York on 6/14/2016. The 16 also tied a league record for most behind the arc shots in a game. The last team to hit the mark in the league was in 2016 when the Washington Mystics recorded that many against the Chicago Sky on 9/7/2016.
THE HEAT IS ON
With their 12-14 record, the Wings are currently amongst the top teams in the league at seventh place overall, and remain in the playoff hunt. The 12 wins ranks as the best record since moving to the DFW area. The team has already surpassed their winning record of last season, which was 11.
