Skylar Diggins-Smith participated in the FC Dallas pregame tradition of scarfing the Lamar Hunt statue Saturday against Philadelphia.
The tradition has been around since 2011 and honors Lamar Hunt for his contributions to both FC Dallas and Major League Soccer.
“It was really fun to be a part of this tradition and to be out here representing the Dallas Wings,” said Diggins-Smith.
The three-time WNBA all-star is the latest Dallas athlete to scarf the Lamar Hunt trophy, joining Dirk Nowitzki and Dak Prescott.
